In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top health and fitness apps on the iOS platform in Austria showcased diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here, we provide a detailed look at the top five applications based on Sensor Tower data.
Meine ÖGK saw notable weekly downloads, peaking at 8.6K in mid-October. Despite fluctuations, downloads remained robust, closing the quarter with 3.9K. Active users increased steadily from 19.8K to 29.3K, reflecting strong engagement.
AI Calorie Tracker by Yazio experienced a significant revenue spike, ending the quarter with $97K in the last week of December. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, with a notable increase to 3.6K at the end of the quarter. Active users showed variability but ended with a rise to 71.8K.
MeineSV maintained a consistent download rate, starting at 1.5K and ending the quarter at 905. Despite no data on active users or revenue, download trends were steady throughout the quarter.
Garmin Connect™ downloads fluctuated, beginning at 934, peaking at 5.5K in late December, and maintaining strong active user engagement, increasing from 117.5K to 133.8K by year's end.
Strava: Run, Bike, Walk showed a declining revenue trend, starting at $23.9K and reaching $23.3K by the end. Downloads were stable, with a noticeable increase to 2.1K in the last week. Active users fluctuated but ended with an increase to 72.2K.
