In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of leading insurance applications in Europe showcased notable trends in downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the behavior of these apps on a unified platform.
Hastings Direct Insurance maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers fluctuating between 24.6K and 35.1K. Active users showed a varied pattern, initially dropping from 580.9K to 477.6K, then peaking at 574.5K mid-quarter, before ending at 460.8K.
Allianz'ım experienced an increase in downloads, reaching a high of 44.9K in early October and closing the quarter at 38.5K. Active users displayed a similar trend, starting at 612K, peaking at 700.7K, and rounding off the quarter at 637.5K.
TK-App saw its downloads decrease over the quarter, beginning at 35.5K and ending at 20.3K. However, active users showed growth, beginning at 1.08M, peaking at 1.45M, and maintaining strong engagement throughout.
AHE Mobil downloads varied, with a notable peak at 33K in early November, before stabilizing around 17.2K by the end of December. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, starting at 423.9K and closing at 394.4K.
Meine Allianz recorded rising download figures, reaching 32.2K in the final week of December. Active users showed a steady increase, starting at 155.1K and peaking at 209.2K mid-December.
