2025 State of Mobile is Live!
The sweets-filled month of October was a real treat for King, which saw worldwide mobile player spending across its lineup of four Candy Crush titles reach $128 million, Sensor Tower's Store Intelligence data shows. This figure reflected a month-over-month increase of about 8 percent from $119 million in September.
Launched worldwide last month, the franchise's newest entry, Candy Crush Friends Saga, accounted for $5.6 million of the total. This was not too far off from the estimated $7.1 million gross of Candy Crush Jelly Saga, which released in January 2016.
The largest portion of mobile revenue for the series last month came from the original Candy Crush Saga, which saw player spending of approximately $81.9 million, or 64 percent of the total. It was followed by Candy Crush Soda Saga with about 26 percent or $33.5 million of all spending.
Altogether, King's Candy Crush games have grossed an estimated $1.33 billion on mobile so far in 2018.
