The top grossing health and fitness app in the United States for Q1 2019 was Calm with more than $20 million in user spending, which represented 2.4x growth from Q1 2018. The full ranking of the top grossing health and fitness apps for 1Q19 is above. App revenue estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

MyFitnessPal was the second highest earning health and fitness app in the U.S. for Q1 2019 with close to $13 million in gross revenue. The next top grossing app was Sweat, followed by Weight Watchers and Headspace.
