The top grossing publisher worldwide for August 2019 was Tencent with more than $682.4 million in user spending, which represented 30 percent growth from August 2018. The full ranking of the top grossing publishers for August 2019 is above. Publisher revenue estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.
NetEase was the second highest earning publisher worldwide for August 2019 with more than $276 million in gross revenue, which represented 24 percent year-over-year growth from August 2018. The next top grossing publisher was Sony, followed by Bandai Namco and Playrix.
