Top Ridesharing & Taxi Apps Worldwide for June 2019 by Downloads

Uber was the most downloaded ridesharing and taxi app worldwide for June 2019 with close to 13.4 million installs, which represented a 13 percent increase from June 2018. The countries with the most ridesharing and taxi app installs during this period were Brazil at 17 percent of its total downloads and India at 16 percent. The full top 10 ranking of ridesharing and taxi apps worldwide by downloads for June 2019 is above. App download estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

Grab was the second most installed ridesharing and taxi app worldwide last June with more than 4.9 million installs, which represented a 19 percent increase from June 2018. The countries with the largest number of Grab installs last June were Indonesia at 46 percent, followed by Vietnam at 14 percent. DiDi, Ola, and GOJEK rounded out the top five most installed ridesharing and taxi apps worldwide for the June.
