Credit Karma was the most downloaded mobile app with tax prep or accounting features in the United States during 2018 with more than 10 million new installs. The full ranking of the top 10 most downloaded tax and accounting apps is above. App download estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.
The second most downloaded tax and accounting app in the U.S. last year was TurboTax with more than four million installs for the year and close to $8 million in gross revenue. The next most downloaded tax and accounting app was QuickBooks Self-Employed, followed by QuickBooks Accounting and H&R Block.
