In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top medical apps in South America showcased varied trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Meu SUS Digital, published by Serviços e Informações do Brasil, exhibited significant fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 434.5K in late November. Active users saw a high of over 2M in mid-October, before settling at around 1.3M by the end of the year.

The Polish app, Doctoralia: agende seu médico, maintained a consistent download rate, with a slight decline towards the quarter's end, falling to about 20.1K. Active users peaked in early November at over 500K but decreased to around 324.3K by late December.

Argentina's PAMI app saw a steady decline in downloads, from 50.9K in late September to 17.9K by the end of December. However, active users peaked at over 1M in late November before dropping to approximately 717.4K.

In Colombia, APP NUEVA EPS had a strong start with downloads reaching 77.8K in late November, followed by a gradual decrease to 23.1K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, Amil Clientes from Brazil experienced a stable download pattern, with a slight dip towards the end of the quarter, ending with 14.1K downloads. Active users saw a peak of over 1.3M in early December, but this number dropped significantly to about 608.2K by the end of the year.
