In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top personal finance apps on a unified platform in Poland showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the performance of these apps based on data from Sensor Tower.
Splitwise experienced a dynamic trend in weekly downloads, starting at 3.3K and ending at 3.5K. Revenue peaked at approximately $1.5K in late December, while active users fluctuated, peaking at 106.5K in late September and ending at 103.2K.
YNAB maintained steady weekly revenue, reaching around $1.3K in late December. Downloads were low, with a noticeable increase to 297 by the end of the quarter. Active users varied slightly, maintaining around 2.5K throughout.
Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit saw its revenue reach $1.4K in the final week. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 1.4K and ending at 1.4K, while active users showed a peak in late November at 13K before dropping to 10.2K.
Expense & Budget App: Spendee had consistent revenue, with minor peaks at $1K. Downloads showed a moderate increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 605, while active users started at 2.3K, dipping to 1.6K before recovering slightly.
Fast Budget - Expense Manager experienced a slight increase in revenue, peaking at $934. Downloads were modest, with a notable rise to 655 at the end of December. Active users showed a gradual decline from 10.4K to 8.1K.
