See the top banking apps in the U.S. for May 2019 by downloads, according to Sensor Tower data.

The most downloaded banking app in the United States for May 2019 was Chase with close to 758,000 installs, up 1.6 percent over May 2018. The full top 10 ranking of banking apps in the U.S. by downloads for May 2019 is above. App download estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

Capital One was the second most installed banking app in the U.S. last month with more than 714,000 downloads. Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chime comprised the remainder of the top five most installed banking apps.

Store Intelligence users can see app download estimates for the above apps in addition to historical performance metrics on the Sensor Tower platform. Our estimates include downloads for the App Store and Google Play in the U.S. between May 1, 2018 and May 31, 2019. Apple apps and Google pre-installed apps are excluded. We report unique installs only. Android estimates do not include third-party stores. Figures represent aggregate installs of all app versions, ex: Facebook and Facebook Lite.
