In the final quarter of 2020, Brazil's Android gamers showed their sharpshooting skills with a variety of sniper games. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a snapshot of how these games performed during this period.
Sniper 3D:Gun Shooting Games by Wildlife Studios, saw a consistent increase in revenue, ending the quarter with $10.8K in the final week of December. Downloads peaked in early November with 195K, but slightly declined to 179K by the year's end. The weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at 645K and growing to 671K in the final week of December.
Sniper Strike FPS 3D Shooting from Mobile Gaming Studios Ltd. experienced a rise in revenue from $1.3K to $1.4K over the quarter. Downloads showed more variability, with an initial dip to 7.5K, a spike to 13K in the last week of December, and active users increasing from 16K to 19K in the same period.
tap4fun's Kiss of War witnessed a significant increase in revenue from $692 to $2.3K by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw an impressive surge from nearly zero to 11.8K, while weekly active users more than quintupled, from 3.6K to 20.8K.
Nordcurrent Games' Sniper Arena: PvP Army Shooter also showed an upward revenue trend, moving from $452 to $1.4K. Downloads had a strong start at 9.5K, dipped mid-quarter, but ended with a slight increase to 6.2K. Active users, however, showed a decline from 161K to 123K.
Lastly, Hitman Sniper by CDE Entertainment saw a moderate increase in revenue, from $426 to $598, with downloads peaking in early December at 917 before dropping to 491. Active users doubled from 764 to 1.4K, indicating a strong finish for the quarter.
