CommSec, published by Commonwealth Bank of Australia, saw a fluctuation in downloads starting with approximately 4K in the last week of September, spiking to nearly 8K downloads in late November. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, with numbers ranging from 103K to 125K during the quarter.
CommSec Pocket, also from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, experienced a significant surge in downloads in late November, with figures jumping from around 1.5K to over 6K. However, the weekly active users data for CommSec Pocket has not been provided.
The Plus500 Trading Platform by Plus500 Ltd showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 3.7K in late November. The app's weekly active users saw a high of 17K in the same month before experiencing a slight dip and then rising again to around 15K by the year's end.
eToro: Investing made social from eToro had its highest download numbers in early October with nearly 3K, followed by a gradual decline and another peak of about 2K downloads at the year's end. The app saw weekly active users increase from 17K to 23K, indicating a growing user base throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Finder.com: Budget Manager, with no revenue data available, had its highest download week in late December with over 3K new users. The app, published by Finder Ventures, had a notable spike in downloads in mid-October as well, but active user data for this app was not provided.
