Merge Games continue to captivate players in Europe, with five leading apps demonstrating notable trends in the first quarter of 2021. This data, collected and analyzed by Sensor Tower, highlights the dynamic nature of mobile gaming engagement and downloads.
Puppy Town - Merge & Win saw a peak in downloads during the week of January 11 with over 198K new downloads, but this trend gradually decreased to 37K by the end of March. The weekly active users for the game followed a similar downward trend, starting at 340K at the end of December and winding down to 143K by the end of March.
Merge Dragons! experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at $649K in mid-January and then again at $645K in late February. Downloads for the game saw a high of 99K in the first week of January, declining to 65K by the end of March, while active users remained robust, ending the quarter with over 1.5M weekly active users.
EverMerge: Merge & match game maintained a steady revenue stream, starting the quarter at $473K and reaching a high of $540K in mid-March. Downloads peaked at 99K in late January, with a slight dip to 52K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed growth, from 359K in late December to 381K at the end of March.
Merge Mansion demonstrated a steady increase in revenue, from $87K at the beginning of the quarter to $187K by the end. Downloads hit a high of 96K in the last week of March, marking a significant increase from earlier in the quarter. Weekly active users for Merge Mansion grew impressively, from 164K to 473K during the quarter.
Lastly, Impostor Academy: Merge Game, despite its low revenue figures, had a strong start with over 271K downloads in the last week of December, which gradually decreased to 25K by the end of March. The weekly active users followed a declining trend from 402K to 58K in the same period.
