The second quarter of 2021 saw notable trends in the performance of the top five consumer finance apps on the Android platform in Poland. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these applications.
IKO by PKO Bank Polski SA experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 12.5K at the end of March and peaking at 15.5K by the end of June. The app's active users also showed a steady upward trend, growing from around 1.45M to 1.59M over the same period.
Santander mobile saw fluctuations in its weekly downloads, beginning at 9.9K at the end of March and reaching up to 13.7K by the end of June. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 699K to 722K.
Moje ING mobile showed a notable rise in weekly downloads, starting from 9.2K at the end of March and peaking at 13.3K in late June. Active user metrics followed a similar pattern, increasing from 772K to 822K throughout the quarter.
mBank PL - Twój bank i finanse maintained a steady growth in weekly downloads, beginning at 8.1K in late March and reaching 13.1K by the end of June. Weekly active users saw incremental growth from 930K to 950K during the same period.
Finally, Bank Millennium demonstrated an upward trend in weekly downloads, starting at 7.5K at the beginning of April and peaking at 13.9K by the end of June. The active user count also showed growth, rising from 622K to 670K over the quarter.
