In Q2 2021, the performance of the top jigsaw puzzle apps on the Android platform in Kenya displayed a range of trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here, we spotlight the top five applications based on data from Sensor Tower.
Magic Jigsaw Puzzles-Games HD from ZiMAD saw fluctuations in its weekly downloads, which started at approximately 1.6K at the beginning of April and dipped to around 300 by mid-May. However, there was a recovery towards the end of the quarter, closing at roughly 780 downloads per week. Revenue for this app showed a similar pattern, with notable peaks of about $13 in mid-April and mid-June. Weekly active users decreased from about 6.4K at the start of the quarter to around 3.2K in mid-June, before rebounding to approximately 4.4K by the end of June.
Kids Puzzles #2 (full game) by CLEVERBIT maintained low visibility in terms of downloads and revenue. The app recorded minimal downloads and revenue in the early part of the quarter, with no significant activity in the latter half.
Gruffalo: Games from Magic Light Pictures had an almost negligible performance in Kenya during Q2 2021. The app recorded minimal revenue in mid-May but did not show any significant activity in terms of downloads or active users throughout the quarter.
Crocro Adventure by SiDi also experienced a quiet quarter with no notable downloads or revenue recorded. The app did not show any significant movement in the Kenyan market during this period.
Go Jetters: Fix That Glitch from BBC Studios Distribution Ltd. had a brief moment of activity at the end of May, recording a revenue peak of $7. However, there were no substantial downloads or active user numbers reported.
