In Q3 2021, the top 5 NFT games on Android in Africa demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:
IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app from IMVU, Inc. saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.5K in the week of September 6. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 5K in the week of July 26 before declining to around 2.9K by the end of September. Weekly active users varied, starting at 21.3K and ending at 17.4K.
Trivians by 3K Mobile had a modest revenue performance, with the highest weekly revenue of $50 at the end of June. Weekly downloads showed a significant drop from 8.9K in the last week of June to 1.8K by the end of September. Active users also saw a decline, starting at 22K and decreasing to 15.4K.
Granny's House from SUPERCAT had minimal revenue, peaking at $13 in the first week of August. Weekly downloads varied, reaching 4.6K in late July before dropping to 2.5K by the end of September. Active users saw a decline from 5.2K at the start of the quarter to 4.3K by the end.
Arc8 Beasts: Win Cash Prizes by GAMEE, which launched in late September, saw an impressive start with 10.7K downloads in its first week, followed by a significant rise to 38.9K in the following week. Active users also increased sharply from 7.8K to 27.6K within the same period.
Upland - Real Estate Simulator by Uplandme, Inc. experienced a peak in weekly revenue at $487 in the third week of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a high of 4.4K in late August and a decline to 1.5K by the end of September. Active users showed a peak of 6.4K in late August before dropping to 3.9K by the end of the quarter.
