In the third quarter of 2021, the top 5 simulator games on iOS in South America demonstrated varying performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:
Makeover Games: Makeup Salon from Salon™ saw stable weekly revenue, peaking at around $1.6K at the beginning of the quarter and maintaining similar levels throughout. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of approximately 5.1K in early July, and settling around 4.3K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 7.2K in mid-July and ending the quarter at roughly 6.4K.
Farming Simulator 20 by GIANTS Software GmbH experienced a peak in weekly revenue of about $1.8K in early August, with a notable drop to $0.9K by the end of September. Downloads remained relatively low, hovering around 100 weekly with a slight increase to 152 by late September. Active users mirrored this trend, maintaining a steady range around 400, with a slight increase to 471 in the final week.
BitLife - Life Simulator from Candywriter, LLC showed consistent revenue, peaking at $1.3K in early August and tapering off to $706 by the end of September. Downloads saw a spike to 1.4K in early August before declining to just under 1K by the quarter's end. Active users showed a gradual decline from 12.8K at the start of the quarter to 9K by the end of September.
Masha and The Bear: Pizzeria! by DevGame OU generated steady weekly revenue, peaking at $1K in late August and leveling off around $0.8K by the end of the quarter. Downloads were strong, with a notable peak of 1.4K in mid-September and a slight increase to 1.5K by the end of the month. Active users saw a significant rise from 1.1K in late June to 2.5K by the end of September.
Perfect Cream: Dessert Games by AI Games FZ showcased fluctuating revenue, starting at $0.9K in late June, dipping mid-quarter, and ending around $0.8K. Downloads varied significantly, peaking at 5K in mid-September and settling at approximately 3.7K by the end of the quarter. Active users displayed a strong upward trend, starting at 30.6K in late June and peaking at 35.5K in mid-September before ending the quarter at 33.7K.
