During Q3 2021, the top five first-person games in Finland exhibited diverse performance metrics. Data from Sensor Tower reveals intriguing trends across downloads, revenue, and active users for these popular games.
Fishing Clash: Sport Simulator saw a notable peak in weekly downloads mid-July, reaching approximately 1.7K. However, downloads declined steadily towards the end of the quarter, stabilizing around 300. Weekly revenue for the game showed a mixed trend, peaking at around $9.2K in early August. Active users peaked at over 10K in late July but experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter with roughly 6.6K.
Minecraft maintained a steady performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads remained consistent, averaging around 500 to 600. The game’s weekly revenue fluctuated slightly, peaking at approximately $4.7K in late August. Active users remained strong, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around 55.9K.
Call of Duty®: Mobile experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 925 in mid-September. Revenue showed a mild fluctuation, with the highest weekly revenue of approximately $5.6K in late June. The active user base remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 24K to 27K throughout the quarter.
Hunting Clash: Shooting Games saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 830 in late July. Revenue trends were mixed, with the highest weekly revenue reaching approximately $5.3K in early August. The active user count showed a gradual increase, peaking at around 1.3K in late July.
Chapters: Interactive Stories had a relatively lower performance compared to other apps. Weekly downloads remained low, averaging around 100. Revenue peaked at approximately $3.2K in early July but showed a declining trend towards the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at around 2.4K in late June and gradually declining to about 1.3K by the end of September.
