In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five bubble shooter games on the Android platform in South Africa showcased varied performance metrics in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Bubble Shooter from Happy Dragon Inc. experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting with 12.4K downloads in late September and ending the quarter with a dip to approximately 4.6K in the last week of December. Active users saw a similar trend, peaking at around 79.2K in mid-December before dropping to 61.9K by the end of the quarter.
Bubble Shooter - Classic Pop from Bubble Shooter showed consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $741 in mid-December. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, starting from 8.7K in late September and reaching 11.3K in the final week of December. Active users also grew steadily, culminating in approximately 56.3K by the end of December.
Shoot Bubble - Fruit Splash from 4 GAME STUDIO had an erratic download pattern, with numbers ranging from 5.7K in late September to a low of 1.8K in mid-November, before recovering to about 3.3K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 11.7K and ending at 8.9K.
Bubble Shooter Rainbow by Blackout Lab showed a significant increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads surged from 551 in late September to 8.1K by the end of December, while active users grew from 6.2K to approximately 26.7K during the same period. Weekly revenue saw minor fluctuations, with the highest being $60 in mid-December.
Lastly, Bubble Shooter from Candy Bubble Studio had relatively stable download numbers, starting at 766 in late September and rising to 3.2K by the end of December. Active users also saw a steady increase from 1.4K to 4.6K over the quarter.
