Throughout Q4 2021, Sensor Tower data highlights the performance of the top 5 Pokémon collector games on the Android platform in Australia. Here's a detailed look at their weekly trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.
Pokémon GO from Niantic, Inc. showcased dominant performance with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $193K in mid-December. The app maintained a steady download rate, ranging from 2.3K to 3.9K weekly downloads. Active users remained strong, fluctuating between 146K and 195K weekly.
Pokémon UNITE from The Pokémon Company experienced a significant decline in weekly revenue from $27K at the beginning of October to around $2K by the end of December. Downloads also saw a drop from 32K to approximately 2.5K over the same period. Weekly active users decreased from 117K to 25K.
Zookemon - Wild Pets, published by Homa, showed a notable increase in weekly downloads early in the quarter, peaking at 8.7K in mid-November before settling to around 2.5K by the end of December. Revenue gradually increased, reaching $56 in the last week of December. Active users saw a significant rise from 952 to approximately 7K.
Monster Box by Yso Corp had relatively modest performance with weekly revenue peaking at $42 in late September and early November. Downloads experienced a downward trend from 4.1K in late September to around 1.3K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 5.3K to 2.2K.
Pokémon Quest from The Pokémon Company maintained steady revenue throughout the quarter, ranging from $71 to $128 weekly. Weekly downloads remained consistent, hovering around 700 to 1K. Active users remained stable, fluctuating between 1.5K and 2K.
