Top 5 Auto Apps Performance in Spain Q4 2021

The fourth quarter of 2021 saw significant activity in the automotive app market in Spain. Here, we delve into the performance of the top 5 auto apps: miDGT, Coches.net Coches Segunda Mano, AUTODOC: buy quality car parts, TodoTest, and Petroprix.

miDGT showed a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting at around 41K and peaking at 42.8K in mid-October. However, a slight decline was observed towards the end of the quarter, finishing at approximately 37.7K. The app maintained a stable number of weekly active users, fluctuating between 170K and 183K.

Coches.net Coches Segunda Mano experienced varied trends. Weekly downloads started at 22.7K, dipped mid-quarter, and rose again to 24.8K by the end of December. The app's weekly revenue peaked at $2K in mid-October but saw a decline to about $1.5K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 235K to 244K.

AUTODOC: buy quality car parts had a steady download rate, averaging around 13K per week, with a noticeable dip in the last two weeks of December to around 9K. Active user numbers showed a slight downward trend, starting at approximately 89.5K and ending the quarter at 80.8K.

TodoTest saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, from 8.4K at the start of the quarter to about 5K by the end. Revenue was relatively stable, peaking at $532 in late October and tapering off to $324 by the end of December. Weekly active users also showed a slight decline, from 47.9K to 42.3K.

Petroprix had fluctuating download numbers, starting at 2.7K, peaking at 7.7K in late November, and dropping to around 1.9K by the end of December.
