In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top food delivery services in Turkey displayed diverse performance metrics in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a detailed overview of the trends observed for the top 5 apps.
getir: groceries, food&beyond experienced a robust growth in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 274K in late September and peaking at around 771K by the end of December. The app also saw a consistent increase in weekly active users, rising from 4.1M at the beginning of the quarter to over 7M by the end.
Yemeksepeti: Food & Grocery maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 198K and 324K. Weekly active users showed some variation but generally remained stable, starting at 3.7M and ending the quarter at approximately 3.9M.
A101 Kapıda had a more moderate performance with weekly downloads ranging from 52K to 93K. The app’s weekly active users increased from about 169K in late September to approximately 222K by mid-December, before slightly declining to 193K at the end of December.
Tıkla Gelsin® - Online Yemek showed a notable rise in weekly downloads, spiking at 78K in early October and maintaining a steady flow around 60K to 76K towards the end of the year. Weekly active users also grew, beginning at 114K and reaching 209K by the end of December.
İsteGelsin: Online Market saw its weekly downloads increase from 23K in late September to a peak of 90K in November, before settling around 58K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 298K and peaking at 499K in late November, before ending the quarter at 438K.
