In the first quarter of 2022, the top five free-to-play Android games in Georgia exhibited diverse trends in downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
PUBG MOBILE started the quarter with weekly revenue of approximately $18.8K and saw a decline to around $6.3K by mid-March before slightly recovering to $8K at the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads for the game fluctuated, beginning at 4.9K and peaking at 6.2K in early February, then ending at 4.1K.
Spin the Bottle: chatroom app experienced a steady rise in weekly revenue, reaching about $4.4K at the end of January and maintaining around $3.8K to $4.3K through February before dropping to $2.6K in late March. Downloads for the app remained relatively stable, starting at 455 and peaking at 773 in early February, then closing the quarter at 482.
Coin Master saw its weekly revenue fluctuate between $2.2K and $4.8K, with a notable peak of $3.8K in the last week of March. Weekly downloads showed a slight upward trend, beginning at 847 and peaking at 1.6K by mid-March, before settling at 1.3K.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 maintained a consistent weekly revenue, ranging from $1.3K to $2.1K throughout the quarter. Download numbers for the game started at 1.8K and saw minor fluctuations, ending Q1 at 870.
Brawl Stars exhibited stable weekly revenue, peaking at $2.1K in mid-January and fluctuating around $1.2K to $1.7K for the rest of the quarter. Downloads started strong at 5K, dipped to 2.9K at the end of January, and then recovered to 3.5K by the end of March.
