The first quarter of 2022 saw notable performances from the top military games on Android in Ireland. Here’s a detailed look at the weekly trends for downloads, revenue, and active users for the top 5 military games, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Supremacy 1914 - WW1 Strategy from Bytro Labs had an impressive quarter. Weekly revenue surged significantly, peaking at around $2.3K in mid-March. Downloads saw a substantial increase in early February, reaching approximately 2.6K, while active users grew from 370 to a peak of 2.6K by the end of February.
Army Commander by Lion Studios, released at the end of February, quickly gained traction. Weekly downloads reached nearly 3.8K in the first week of March, while weekly revenue showed a steady climb, peaking at $69 in mid-March. Active users also saw a rise, peaking at around 5.2K in mid-March.
Top War: Battle Game from RiverGame maintained a robust performance. Weekly revenue remained strong, with a peak of approximately $7.6K in the first week of January. Downloads were consistent, averaging around 600 per week, while active users reached a high of 3.6K in early February.
Critical Strike CS: Online FPS by VERTIGO GAMES showed steady metrics throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue remained consistent, with minor fluctuations, peaking at $247 in early January. Downloads hovered around 400 per week, and active users peaked at nearly 3K at the start of the quarter before stabilizing around 1.6K.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 from Activision Publishing, Inc. continued to be a top performer. Despite a decline in weekly revenue from $5.9K at the end of December to $1.6K in mid-March, the game maintained a solid user base. Weekly downloads averaged around 400, and active users remained high, peaking at over 11.5K at the end of December and gradually decreasing to around 8.5K by the end of March.
