In Q1 2022, the performance of the top 5 NFT games on Android in New Zealand exhibited varied trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period based on data from Sensor Tower.
Highrise: Avatar, Chat & Games saw significant fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.6K in the week of February 7. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 350-450 throughout the quarter, while weekly active users ranged from 1.4K to nearly 2K, showing minor declines towards the end of March.
COIN: Always Be Earning experienced a peak in weekly revenue of about $263 in the first week of January, with a general downward trend to around $110 by the end of March. Weekly downloads spiked to over 1K in mid-January but then saw a steep decline, with minimal activity for the rest of the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at nearly 1.4K in mid-January and gradually decreasing to around 540 by the end of March.
Yoga Workout, a newer entry, displayed impressive growth in weekly downloads, starting from 374 in early March and reaching 908 by mid-March. Weekly active users also showed a robust increase, starting at 364 and rising to over 1.6K by the end of the month. However, no revenue data was reported during this period.
IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app maintained consistent weekly revenue, fluctuating between $500 and $1K. Weekly downloads remained steady, averaging around 150-250, while weekly active users saw slight variations, peaking at 835 in late January and stabilizing around 630 by the end of March.
Upland - Real Estate Simulator had its highest weekly revenue in late January at approximately $3K, but this figure dwindled to around $262 by the end of March. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 70-150, while weekly active users showed minor fluctuations, peaking at 606 in early February and settling at about 475 by the end of the quarter.
