Throughout the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 zombie games on the Android platform in Panama exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. Here’s a detailed look at their performance:
Plants vs. Zombies™ from ELECTRONIC ARTS had a mixed quarter. Weekly downloads saw a peak of around 3.5K in late February, before declining to approximately 2.2K by the end of March. Revenue was generally low but did see small spikes, reaching up to $4 in late February. Active users showed an overall downward trend, starting at 15.3K and ending at 15.1K.
Plants vs Zombies™ 2, also by ELECTRONIC ARTS, experienced varied performance. Downloads remained fairly consistent, with a high of about 2K in mid-February. Revenue fluctuated slightly, peaking at around $74 in late February. Active users maintained a relatively steady range, starting at 15.8K and closing the quarter at 16.7K.
Dead Target: Zombie Games 3D from VNGGames Studios saw a decrease in both downloads and active users over the quarter. Downloads dropped from 1.6K to 801, while active users fell from 6.6K to about 5K. Revenue showed variability, with a peak of $40 in early March.
LifeAfter by NetEase Games had a notable decline across all metrics. Downloads started at 1.3K and dwindled to 357 by the end of March. Active users similarly decreased from 2.6K to 1.1K. Revenue experienced fluctuations, reaching as high as $108 in early January but generally remained below $60 for the rest of the quarter.
Zombie Tsunami from Mobigame SAS maintained a consistent download rate, with a peak of 959 in early February and a low of 563 towards the end of March. Active users varied slightly, beginning at 10.1K and ending at 8.9K. Revenue remained negligible throughout the quarter.
