In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 Maps and Navigation applications in Venezuela exhibited notable trends in downloads and active users, as recorded by Sensor Tower.
vePDV experienced significant growth in weekly downloads, starting from around 2.7K at the end of December and peaking at approximately 23.9K in the last week of March. The app's weekly active users also saw a consistent rise, beginning at 15.8K and reaching nearly 43.5K by the end of the quarter.
Radar GO-X: HUD, GPS, Maps showed a steady increase in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads rose from 1.1K to about 3.9K, while active users grew from 814 to approximately 3K by the end of March. The app also generated modest revenue, peaking at $5 in the final week of the quarter.
Rastrear Celular por el Numero maintained stable download numbers, fluctuating between 2.1K and 2.8K throughout the quarter. Active users consistently increased, starting at 11.4K and reaching a peak of around 15.2K.
GPS, Maps, Voice Navigation experienced a slight decline in weekly downloads, starting at 1.7K and ending at 1.4K. However, its active users hovered around the 4K mark, with a peak of 4.9K in mid-January. The app generated minimal revenue, peaking at $7 in mid-February.
Intt saw a gradual increase in downloads, starting from 380 at the end of December and reaching a peak of 1.7K in mid-March.
