Throughout the first quarter of 2022, the top five sandbox games in Poland—Roblox, Minecraft, BlockStarPlanet, Blockman GO (Mới) - Adventures, and Terraria—showed varied performance metrics on a unified platform.
Roblox experienced fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at around $160K at the beginning of the quarter and then tapering off to approximately $117K by the end of March. The download numbers saw a high of about 40K in the last week of December, gradually decreasing to around 28K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around the 1.5M mark throughout the period.
Minecraft had a more modest yet consistent revenue stream, starting the quarter with around $23K and ending at about $14K. The download figures were relatively low, fluctuating between 600 and 1.3K, while active users showed an upward trend, reaching a peak of approximately 80K in early March.
BlockStarPlanet saw a decline in weekly revenue, beginning with $2.3K and dropping to around $444 by the end of the quarter. Download numbers were more volatile, with a peak of about 6.6K in late January and a low of 3.6K by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 50K to 60K.
Blockman GO (Mới) - Adventures showed significant variations in its download numbers, starting with a high of 30K in late January and dropping to around 6.5K by the end of March. Revenue figures remained low but stable, averaging around $600 to $800. Active users peaked at 45K in January and then stabilized around 34K to 36K.
Terraria displayed minimal fluctuations in its metrics. Revenue remained consistently low, averaging around $500. Download numbers were also stable, hovering between 70 and 96 downloads per week. Active users showed a slight decline, maintaining an average of around 400 throughout the quarter.
