The performance of the top five virtual pet applications in Tunisia during the first quarter of 2022 exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active user numbers. Here’s a closer look at how each app performed.
Talking Tom Cat 2 for iPad from Outfit7 Limited saw a steady weekly revenue of around $5 to $6. The app's weekly downloads increased significantly from 1.6K at the start of January to nearly 3.8K by the end of March. Weekly active users also climbed from 7.5K to approximately 11K over the quarter.
My Talking Tom, another app by Outfit7 Limited, had a stable weekly revenue, mostly around $3 to $5. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at around 5.9K in mid-January and maintaining a similar level towards the end of the quarter. The app had a high number of weekly active users, starting at 60K and ending at around 57K.
My Talking Angela showed consistent weekly revenue of around $4. Weekly downloads ranged between 4.3K and 5.6K, with a notable increase towards the end of the quarter. The app’s weekly active users remained strong, starting at 95K and slightly decreasing to about 89K by the end of March.
Towniz: Hatch Eggs & Grow Pets by My Town Games LTD experienced minimal revenue. Weekly downloads were low, starting at 132 and slightly fluctuating, ending at 131. The app's weekly active users remained relatively constant around 400 throughout the quarter.
My Talking Angela 2, also from Outfit7 Limited, had inconsistent revenue, peaking at $11 in early February. Weekly downloads varied, beginning at 2.5K and reaching around 4.5K by the end of March. The app showed a steady increase in weekly active users, starting at 31K and rising to nearly 39K.
