During the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 air travel apps on the Android platform in Poland displayed diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here’s a detailed look at the performance of Flightradar24 Flight Tracker, Ryanair, Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save, eSky - Cheap Flights & Hotels, and LOT Polish Airlines.
Flightradar24 Flight Tracker experienced a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at around 16.9K in late March and declining to approximately 8.3K by the end of June. The app's weekly revenue saw a gradual decrease from $2.3K at the beginning of the quarter to about $1.8K at the end. Active users also followed a downward trend, starting from 35.9K in late March and ending with around 28.9K.
Ryanair maintained a fairly stable download rate throughout the quarter, with weekly downloads hovering between 5.9K and 8.3K. Active users saw a slight increase, starting at 25.9K in late March and reaching approximately 28.1K by the end of June.
Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save showed a positive trend in downloads, starting at around 4.2K in late March and peaking at approximately 7K in mid-June. The app’s active user base also increased steadily, from 15.4K at the beginning of the quarter to about 21K by the end.
eSky - Cheap Flights & Hotels demonstrated a consistent growth in downloads, starting at around 3.8K in late March and reaching approximately 4.1K by mid-June. Active users followed a similar upward trend, beginning at 6.7K and increasing to around 7.6K by the end of the quarter.
LOT Polish Airlines maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 928 to 1.4K throughout the quarter. Active users also saw an increase, starting at 1.4K in late March and ending with around 1.9K by the end of June.
