In the second quarter of 2022, the finance apps market in Tunisia on the iOS platform saw diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five finance applications according to Sensor Tower data.
DigiPostBank D17, developed by La Poste Tunisienne, showed a fluctuating download pattern throughout Q2 2022. Weekly downloads ranged from a high of 700 in early May to a low of 364 in mid-April. Despite these variations, the app consistently maintained user interest with notable peaks.
DManager, launched by Issmaail Lamine, also displayed variability in weekly downloads. The app started the quarter strong with 861 downloads in late March and saw fluctuations, dropping to 448 downloads by mid-May. This indicates an initial high interest that tapered off as the quarter progressed.
MyBIAT from BIAT experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at 359 downloads in late March, the app reached a peak of 438 downloads by the end of June. This consistent growth suggests a rising adoption rate among users.
For Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto, the download trend showed significant variation. Downloads peaked at 644 in early May but fell to 124 by the end of June. However, the app maintained a relatively stable number of active users, starting from 2.3K in late March and ending with 2.8K by the end of June.
PayPal, managed by PayPal, Inc., had a mixed performance in weekly downloads, with a notable peak of 322 downloads in early May. Active users also showed an upward trend, starting at 456 in late March and peaking at 767 in early May before stabilizing around 507 by the end of June.
