During the second quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 carpooling and ridesharing apps in Turkey on a unified platform exhibited notable trends in weekly downloads and active users. The data comes from Sensor Tower, offering more insights on these metrics.
Carpooling and Bus from Comuto saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 50K in the final week of June. Weekly active users also showed a robust growth, rising from around 28.6K at the end of March to over 61K by the end of June.
Uber - Request a ride, published by Uber Technologies, Inc., experienced a steady trend in weekly downloads, fluctuating around 9K to 12K throughout the quarter. The app maintained a high number of weekly active users, with numbers ranging from about 328K to 409K.
inDrive. Save on city rides from SUOL INNOVATIONS LTD showed remarkable growth in weekly downloads, starting from 510 at the end of March and reaching around 15.8K by the end of June. Weekly active users also increased significantly, climbing from approximately 6.3K to over 28K during the same period.
Bolt: Request a Ride by BOLT TECHNOLOGY OU maintained a consistent number of weekly downloads, averaging between 2K and 3K. The app's weekly active users remained stable, ranging from about 14.8K to 18.3K throughout the quarter.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver, also from Uber Technologies, Inc., saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, from approximately 1.5K at the end of March to around 1.6K by the end of June. However, the app's weekly active users remained relatively steady, hovering around 8.5K to 10.5K.
