During the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 business apps on the Android platform in the United Kingdom demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a detailed look at their trends:
Microsoft Teams saw a notable increase in weekly downloads through the quarter. Starting from around 31K downloads at the end of June, the app experienced a significant surge, peaking at approximately 77K in mid-September. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trend, starting from 790K and reaching around 955K by the end of September.
Microsoft Authenticator also showed positive growth. Weekly downloads increased from about 23K at the beginning of the quarter to roughly 42K by the end. Active users grew steadily from 1M to over 1.3M during the same period.
Zoom Workplace experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $728 in the first week of September. Weekly downloads saw a gradual rise, starting at 21K and reaching around 28K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed fluctuations but ultimately grew from 1.4M to 1.5M.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver exhibited fluctuating download numbers, starting at about 15K and peaking at 32K by the end of September. The app maintained a fairly stable number of active users, hovering around 65K to 72K throughout the quarter.
Indeed Job Search showed consistent growth in weekly downloads, starting at 17K and reaching around 22K by the end of September. Active users saw an increase from approximately 574K to 625K over the quarter.
