The third quarter of 2022 brought significant insights into the performance of the top dating apps on the Android platform in Slovakia. Here, we delve into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the leading apps: Badoo Dating App: Meet & Date, Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date, Whatsflirt – Chat and Flirt, myDates - Flirt & Chat App, and iDates - Chat, Flirt, Singles.
During Q3 2022, Badoo's weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at around $6.6K in late June and August. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 650-700. Active users saw a slight decline from approximately 45K to 39K throughout the quarter, indicating a steady user base but with minor fluctuations.
Tinder's revenue showed a consistent performance, averaging around $2.8K to $2.9K weekly. Downloads peaked at 725 in early September, reflecting a steady interest. Active users hovered around the 18K mark, with slight variations, suggesting a stable user engagement.
Whatsflirt experienced notable growth in revenue, starting at $615 and reaching over $2K by mid-September. Downloads also saw a significant increase, from just 10 in late June to 490 by the end of September. Active users followed an upward trend, growing from 86 to 344, indicating increasing popularity and user retention.
myDates showed varied revenue trends, peaking at $1.9K in early July but dropping to $648 by late August. Downloads remained extremely low, with single-digit figures throughout the quarter. Active users decreased from 404 in late June to 220 by the end of September, reflecting a decline in user engagement.
iDates' revenue ranged from $433 to $1.1K, with a noticeable dip in mid-September. Downloads were minimal, with the highest being 44 in early August. Active users remained very low, peaking at 33 in early August, indicating limited engagement and growth.
