In Q3 2022, the top 5 gacha games on the Android platform in Europe showcased a range of performance metrics. Below, we delve into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each game, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Empires & Puzzles: Match-3 RPG experienced a dynamic quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $1.3M in late August, with a noticeable dip to around $759K in late July. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 27K and 34K, while weekly active users saw a gradual decline from 738K to 692K.
DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE had a mixed performance. Revenue spiked to $1.8M in mid-July but dropped to $163K by mid-August. Downloads ranged from 12K to 29K, and active users increased from 310K to 505K by the end of August, before slightly decreasing to 466K by the end of September.
RAID: Shadow Legends maintained consistent performance throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue varied between $538K and $711K. Downloads remained steady, fluctuating between 38K and 45K, while active users showed a gradual decline from 252K to 228K.
Genshin Impact showed significant variations in its metrics. Revenue peaked at $1M in mid-July and late September, with a notable drop to $333K in mid-September. Downloads ranged from 112K to 184K, while active users increased from 1.8M to 2.4M by the end of the quarter.
Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at $798K in mid-July and dropping to $423K by early August. Downloads ranged from 27K to 56K, while active users decreased from 895K to 689K over the quarter.
