In the third quarter of 2022, the Food and Drink app category on iOS in Poland showcased some interesting trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the performance of the top five apps: McDonald’s - Non-US, Pyszne.pl, KFC Polska, Too Good To Go: End Food Waste, and Die Thermomix® Cookidoo® App.
McDonald’s - Non-US saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 14K in mid-September. Its weekly active users fluctuated, starting at approximately 229K in late June and ending the quarter at around 206K.
Pyszne.pl maintained a stable download rate, with numbers ranging from 5K to 7K per week, hitting a high of nearly 7K in the final week of September. Weekly active users showed a slight decline overall, from around 52K in late June to approximately 53K by the end of September.
KFC Polska experienced a consistent rise in weekly downloads, reaching about 6.3K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, starting at 81K and growing to approximately 87K.
Too Good To Go: End Food Waste had variable download numbers, with a notable peak of 8.7K in early July. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 26K and 30K throughout the quarter.
Die Thermomix® Cookidoo® App saw consistent weekly downloads, peaking at around 4.7K in late September. The app's weekly revenue varied, reaching approximately $11K at its highest in early July. Weekly active users remained steady, hovering around 29K.
