In Q3 2022, the top 5 historical games on iOS in Australia showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into the trends of these popular games.
Throughout the quarter, weekly revenue for Royal Match fluctuated, peaking at approximately $199K in mid-July and stabilizing around $169K by the end of September. Weekly downloads saw a rise from 4.8K at the start of the quarter to 5.8K by the end. Active users also showed a steady increase, beginning at 55K and reaching nearly 60K by the end of the quarter.
Weekly revenue for 1945 - Airplane shooting game saw a gradual decline from $3.5K at the start of the quarter to about $1.7K by the end. Downloads fluctuated slightly, starting at 2.4K and ending close to 2K. Active users experienced a small decrease, beginning at roughly 6.7K and finishing the quarter at about 6.1K.
While Western Sniper: Wild West FPS did not generate revenue during the quarter, it saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.3K and reaching 2.9K by the end of September. Active users also rose, beginning at 3K and peaking at approximately 5.5K.
King's Choice experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at $45K and peaking at over $52K in mid-September before settling around $34K by the end of the quarter. Downloads showed slight variations, starting at 1.8K and ending at 1.8K. Active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 9.2K and ending at 8.4K.
Weekly revenue for Sarah's Adventure: Time Travel increased steadily, starting at $3.5K and reaching $4.7K by mid-September. Downloads, however, decreased from 1.7K to just over 1K. Active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 748 in early July to 2.3K by the end of September.
