In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 beauty retail apps in Romania showcased varying performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Sephora – Beauty,Makeup,Parfum saw notable fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting at around 4K downloads in late June, the app peaked at 6.3K downloads in the week of August 22. However, it experienced a dip, closing the quarter with approximately 3.9K downloads.
Notino: profumi e cosmetici maintained a relatively steady download trend. Weekly downloads hovered around the 2K mark, with a slight uptick to nearly 3K in mid-September. Active user numbers were stable, averaging around 10K to 11.8K throughout the quarter.
Douglas Parfumerie & Cosmetice experienced modest download numbers, starting at 590 in late June and reaching a peak of 1.8K in the final week of September.
BEAUTY BAY had relatively low download figures, with weekly numbers ranging from 17 to 64. The app's active user base remained consistent, averaging around 300 to 400 users per week.
Perfumerías DRUNI reported minimal downloads, with weekly figures mostly in single digits or low double digits. Active users for this app were also low, averaging around 70 to 90 users per week.
