Throughout Q4 2022, fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Qatar showcased varying trends in downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps in this category.
McDonald’s - Non-US experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 1.9K in mid-October and then stabilizing around 1K towards the end of December. The app's weekly active users saw a notable increase from 8.5K at the start of the quarter to 10.1K in early December, before slightly declining to 8.8K by the end of the quarter.
KFC Qatar showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 645 and reaching over 1K by the end of December. This consistent growth indicates a rising interest in the app among iOS users in Qatar.
Pizza Hut Qatar maintained a stable download trend throughout the quarter, with weekly downloads ranging between 221 and 365. Despite the consistent download numbers, the app did not show significant spikes or drops during this period.
Hardee's Qatar had a modest download performance with weekly downloads fluctuating between 136 and 290. The app saw its highest number of downloads in early December, suggesting a minor surge in user interest during that time.
Papa Johns Qatar exhibited a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at 203 and dropping to 121 by the end of December. This downward trend reflects a decrease in new user acquisition over the quarter.
