In Q4 2022, the top 5 boat games in Australia showed diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each of these games fared.
Flippy Race experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at around 974K and seeing a decline to approximately 689K in mid-November, before ending the year at 890K. Weekly revenue for the game saw moderate increases, peaking at about $79 in mid-December. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 3.9K to 4.2K throughout the quarter.
Port City: Ship Simulator saw a notable rise in weekly downloads, beginning at around 234K and spiking to 1.5M in early December. Revenue trends were more varied, peaking at $1.3K in early November. Active users also showed significant growth, increasing from approximately 737 to 2.1K over the quarter.
Hyper Boat had a steady but modest performance in weekly downloads, starting at 446K and declining to 241K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 450 and ending the year at 262.
Battle of Warships: Naval Wars showed consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 200K, with minor fluctuations. Revenue peaked at approximately $551 in late November. Active users saw a slight decline from 892 to 701 over the quarter.
Titanic: The Mystery Room Escape Adventure Game experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at 71K and surging to 319K by the end of December. Revenue showed a sharp increase, peaking at $146 in the final week of December. Active users grew from 101 to 262 over the same period.
