In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 sports apps on the Android platform in Norway exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance:
Spond - Sports Team Management saw a notable trend in weekly downloads, starting at 714 at the end of December and peaking at 2.2K in the first week of January. The app experienced fluctuations, ending the quarter with 1K downloads. Active users for Spond started at 110.9K and saw a steady increase, reaching a peak of 189.9K at the end of January, before slightly dipping to 186.8K by the end of March.
EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Soccer had a mixed quarter. Weekly revenue saw a peak of approximately $2K in early February, with fluctuations throughout, ending the quarter at around $871. Downloads started at 1K in late December, dropped to 517 by the end of March. The app's active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 8.2K and 9.3K.
The Skisporet.no Android app showed a declining trend in weekly downloads, starting at 968 in late December and dropping to 416 by the end of March. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.
8 Ball Pool maintained a consistent download rate, starting at 636 and ending the quarter at 418. Weekly revenue peaked at $1.7K in late February, with a notable dip to $772 in early March, ending at $802. Active users saw a slight increase from 4.3K to 4.5K in mid-March before settling at 4.1K by the end of the quarter.
MADFUT 23 experienced modest performance in downloads, starting at 344 in late December and ending at 277 in March. Active users remained stable, starting at 1.9K and ending the quarter at the same number, with minor fluctuations throughout.
