In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 Apple Arcade games on iOS in Venezuela showcased varying trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:
Hill Climb Racing from Fingersoft saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at 246 in late December and peaking at 329 in the first week of January. The downloads then showed a decline, reaching a low of 122 in mid-February before recovering slightly to 150 in the last week of March. The game had a consistent level of weekly active users, starting from 2.1K and peaking at 2.5K in early January, with a slight decline to around 2.1K by the end of March.
Chess - Play & Learn, published by Chess.com, experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 156 in late December and reaching 240 by the end of March. The active users also showed a positive trend, starting at 1.4K and increasing consistently to 1.9K in the final week of the quarter.
Fruit Ninja® from Halfbrick Studios maintained stable weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 85 to 237 throughout the quarter. The game enjoyed a strong base of active users, peaking at 4.5K in late January and maintaining around 3.6K to 3.7K active users towards the end of March.
Temple Run by Imangi Studios, LLC, showed variability in weekly downloads, starting at 163 in late December, peaking at 242 in early February, and ending the quarter at 114. The active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 697 and peaking at 844 in early February, before experiencing a decline to around 527 by the end of March.
Snake.io - Fun Online Snake from Kooapps had an inconsistent download trend, starting at 168 in late December, peaking at 253 in the first week of January, and ending at 175 by the end of March. The active users showed a gradual increase, starting at 766 and peaking at 895 in the final week of the quarter.
