In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 Gacha games on iOS in Sweden showed varying performance trends in terms of revenue, downloads, and active users. Let's take a closer look at each of these games.
Top War: Battle Game from River Game HK Limited saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at nearly $20K in the final week of March. Weekly downloads showed a declining trend, dropping from around 11K at the start of January to just 722 at the end of March. Active users also decreased over the quarter, from 26.1K in late December to 9.3K by the end of March.
8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com experienced a steady flow in weekly revenue, ranging between $3.4K and $6.2K throughout the quarter. Downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 1.4K and 2.8K each week. The game maintained a consistent number of active users, with figures hovering around 58K to 64K.
Rise of Kingdoms from Lilith Games had weekly revenue ranging from $20.8K to $31.4K. Downloads saw a modest decline, starting at 1.5K in late December and dropping to 1.2K by the end of March. Active users remained fairly constant, with numbers between 6.1K and 8.5K.
Hero Wars: Alliance by Nexters Global LTD showed a notable spike in revenue mid-quarter, reaching $21.4K in mid-February. Weekly downloads, however, trended downwards from 3.4K at the end of December to just 534 by the end of March. Active users also decreased, from 8.4K at the start of the quarter to 4.8K by the end.
Mario Kart Tour by Nintendo Co., Ltd. had a relatively low revenue range, peaking at $1.9K in early March. Weekly downloads varied, with a high of 2.5K in early March and a low of 698 in mid-March. Active users showed a declining trend from 13.2K at the end of December to 8.4K by the end of March.
