Cryptomania —Trading Simulator from Edusystems OU saw an interesting journey in Q1 2023. Weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at $13 in the weeks of January 16 and March 13. Downloads were highest in the week of January 9, hitting approximately 13.3K, but then experienced a decline, stabilizing around the 3K mark towards the end of the quarter. Active users also showed a downward trend from 22K in early January to about 11.1K by the end of March.
Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto by Binance Inc. maintained a steady performance. Weekly downloads hovered around 4K to 6K, with a notable peak of 6.1K in late January. Active users consistently stayed above 120K, peaking at 131K in late February, demonstrating strong user engagement throughout the quarter.
YellowCard: Buy & Sell Bitcoin from Yellow Card Financial experienced a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at 2K in late December and peaking at 4.7K in mid-March. Active users followed a similar upward trend, growing from 4.5K to nearly 7K by March 20, showcasing the app’s growing popularity in Ghana.
Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet by DApps Platform, Inc. had a consistent performance in weekly downloads, ranging between 2.3K and 4K, with a peak in late March. Active users remained robust, fluctuating between 58K and 65.6K, indicating stable user retention and engagement.
Paxful: Buy Bitcoin & Ethereum from Paxful showed moderate activity in Q1 2023. Downloads varied between 1.6K and 2.5K, with a slight peak in mid-March. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 6.1K to 6.4K throughout the quarter.
