During the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 NFT games in Malta exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Yoga Workout 3D saw a notable increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 78 downloads in the last week of December 2022, the app experienced a dip in January but rebounded strongly by mid-February. Downloads peaked at 150 in the week of March 6 and stabilized around 122-150 in the subsequent weeks.
Highrise: Avatar, Chat & Games demonstrated fluctuating performance. Weekly revenue reached a high of $28 in late January before experiencing a series of ups and downs, finishing the quarter with $19 in the final week of March. Downloads mirrored this volatility, peaking at 67 in early February but dropping to 14 by mid-March, with a slight recovery to 19 in the last week.
IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat had a strong quarter in terms of revenue. The app's weekly revenue climbed steadily, reaching a peak of $106 in the week of March 20. Download trends were more variable, starting from 18 in late December, peaking at 71 in late January, and then fluctuating between 8 and 58 for the remainder of the quarter.
ScratchJr maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout Q1 2023. Downloads ranged between 11 and 23 weekly, with minor fluctuations. Despite the stable download numbers, revenue data was not available for this app.
Lastly, Closet Organizer showed a declining trend in downloads for much of the quarter. Starting with 39 downloads in the last week of December, the app saw a significant drop to just 1 download in the week of February 20, before slightly rebounding to 20 downloads in early March and stabilizing around 4-7 downloads towards the end of the quarter.
