During the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 train games on Android in Turkey showcased varied performance metrics in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
City Train Game 3d Train games saw a significant decrease in weekly downloads, starting from over 38K at the end of March and dropping to around 624 by the end of June. Weekly revenue experienced a peak of $45 in late April but declined to zero by mid-June. The app's active users also followed a downward trend, declining from approximately 39K to 7K over the same period.
Train Station 2: Rail Tycoon demonstrated more stable performance. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 11K in mid-June. Weekly revenue saw a high of $729 in mid-April, ending the quarter at $275. Active users remained relatively steady, with a notable increase to 39K in mid-June before settling at around 31K by the end of June.
Train Simulator: Railroad Game maintained consistent weekly downloads, with a spike to 8.1K in mid-June. Weekly revenue was modest, peaking at $23 at the end of June. The app's active users saw a significant rise to 11K in mid-June, ending the quarter at around 11K.
Thomas & Friends: Go Go Thomas had a stable download rate with a peak of 6.9K in late May. Weekly revenue ranged from $8 to $39, with active users peaking at 12K in late May before declining to around 5.8K by the end of June.
Thomas & Friends: Magic Tracks experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, from 2.7K at the beginning of April to 1.4K at the end of June. Revenue remained minimal, with a peak of $1 in late May. Active users decreased from 8.7K in early April to around 5.9K by the end of June.
