In Q2 2023, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps in Slovenia demonstrated diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here is a detailed look at the performance of the leading apps on a unified platform.
Bolt: Request a Ride had an interesting quarter. Weekly downloads saw a notable increase, peaking at around 1.2K in the final week of June, up from 525 in late March. Active users also showed a robust upward trend, starting from 4.2K at the end of March and reaching approximately 5.7K by the end of June.
Uber - Request a ride maintained a steady presence in Slovenia. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, peaking at 733 in late April and stabilizing around 522 by the end of June. Active users showed a consistent increase, starting from 14.3K in late March and peaking at 16.8K in mid-June, before slightly declining to 16.3K at the end of the quarter.
Prevoz experienced a modest increase in weekly downloads, rising from 224 at the end of March to 295 in early June. However, no data was available for active users.
BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus had a relatively stable quarter. Weekly downloads hovered around the low hundreds, peaking at 211 in early April and ending the quarter at 126. Active users showed a gradual increase, starting at 693 in late March and reaching 804 by the end of June.
Cabify had the lowest weekly downloads among the top five, with a peak of 188 in late April and a quarter-end figure of 111. Active users also saw modest growth, starting from 128 in late March and increasing to 238 by the end of June.
