In Q2 2023, the top five tennis games in Chile showcased a variety of performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a detailed look at how each app fared during this period, with data provided by Sensor Tower.
Tennis Clash: Multiplayer Game from Wildlife Studios saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at approximately $10.3K in early April and maintaining a range between $7K and $9K for most of the quarter. Weekly downloads for the game experienced a decline from 8K in late March to around 5K by the end of June. Active users also showed a downward trend, from around 60K in late March to just under 50K by the end of the quarter.
Tennis Arena published by Helium9 Games experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, rising from 1.5K at the end of March to over 8.7K by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar upward trajectory, reaching a peak of $707 in the last week of June. Active users also saw a substantial increase, starting at around 3.8K in late March and peaking at over 15K by the end of June.
Mini Tennis: Perfect Smash by Miniclip.com had a strong start with weekly downloads of 5.5K in late March, but these numbers dropped significantly to around 500 by the end of June. Despite the decline in downloads, weekly active users remained relatively stable, peaking at approximately 18.9K in the final week of June. Revenue was steady throughout the quarter, averaging around $600 to $1.2K.
Virtua Tennis Challenge from SEGA showed modest performance, with weekly downloads hovering around 200 to 300. Revenue remained low, peaking at $59 in mid-June. Active users were consistent, maintaining levels between 600 and 700 throughout the quarter.
3D Tennis by Mouse Games had the lowest performance among the top five, with weekly downloads ranging from 130 to 230. Active users were steady, fluctuating slightly around the 450 to 500 mark, and no revenue data was reported for this app.
