The third quarter of 2023 saw significant activity in the squad RPG genre on the Android platform in Panama. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top 5 apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
RAID: Shadow Legends posted a mixed performance in Q3. Revenue peaked at approximately $472 in mid-July, but experienced fluctuations, closing the quarter at around $311. Downloads surged in mid-July to 232K but tapered off to 63K by the end of September. Weekly active users saw a high of 403K in mid-July, gradually declining to 207K by the quarter's end.
AFK Arena showed an impressive revenue spike in late September, reaching $1.4K, following a steady increase from mid-September. Downloads were relatively low, peaking at 33K in mid-August and remaining stable around 5K by late September. Weekly active users hovered around the 100K mark throughout the quarter, with minor variations.
GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE demonstrated robust revenue growth, peaking at $343 in early September. Downloads varied, starting strong at 304K in late June but gradually decreasing to 26K by the end of September. Weekly active users remained high, peaking at 1.3M in late June and maintaining a strong presence with 988K by the end of the quarter.
Summoners War experienced a notable increase in revenue in early July, reaching $346, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, settling at $57. Downloads saw a significant jump in early September, peaking at 119K. Weekly active users were consistently above 1M, peaking at 1.3M in mid-September.
Epic Heroes had a steady revenue increase, peaking at $227 in mid-September and ending the quarter at $218. Downloads were highest in late June at 216K, with fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at 54K. Weekly active users showed a strong performance, peaking at 933K in early September and maintaining 802K by the end of the quarter.
