In the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 Gacha games on iOS in Europe showcased varying performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each game fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Rise of Kingdoms experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $941K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads saw a high of around 40K in late July, followed by a decline to about 22K by the end of September. Active users showed a peak of 406K in late July, gradually decreasing to roughly 315K by the end of the quarter.
Whiteout Survival saw a consistent upward trend in weekly revenue, reaching around $946K in the last week of September. Downloads peaked at about 201K in mid-August, but reduced to approximately 91K by the end of the quarter. Active users grew steadily, peaking at around 404K in late August before slightly declining to 344K by late September.
DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE had a significant revenue spike to approximately $1.2M in late August, with another notable peak of around $1.1M in mid-September. Weekly downloads reached a high of about 20K at the end of August. Active users fluctuated, peaking at about 202K at the end of August and then stabilizing around 180K by the end of September.
Honkai: Star Rail showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $969K in late August. Downloads saw a peak of about 41K in early August, but fell to around 19K by late September. Active users remained relatively stable, peaking at around 419K in mid-July and maintaining around 411K by the end of the quarter.
Age of Origins: Tower Defense showed stable revenue with a peak of approximately $497K in late August. Weekly downloads peaked at around 48K in late August, later stabilizing at around 36K by the end of September. Active users saw a steady increase, peaking at around 179K in late August before slightly declining to about 173K by late September.
